A tradition that all commentators have quoted from reliable books, states that He (SAW) has said ‘For everything there is a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Chapter Ya-Sin; so, whoever recites it during the day will be protected and sustained till the night.”
Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said:
‘Whoever recited Surrah Yassin at night seeking Allah’s pleasure, Allah would forgive him
